Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Electronics Business Machines. We strive to ensure all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your item, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.
📦 1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds for the following items within the timelines specified:
🔹 Photocopiers & Printers
- Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
🔹 Consumables (Toners, Developers, Ink)
- Returns accepted within 48 hours from the date of purchase.
If the above timeframes have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
✅ To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through Electronics Business Machines.
🧾 2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after the eligible return window has passed.
💳 3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification confirming the return and whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
- The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary).
- Contact your bank, as some may delay processing.

🔄 4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product:

🚚 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery to us.
